What this program covers

Coffeyville's Welding Technology program at its Technical Campus covers GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW along with oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting, and includes blueprint reading for piping isometrics and welding symbols. The program takes 9 months full-time or 18 months part-time and leads to 6G Pipe Welding Certificates in the four core processes plus OSHA safety cards. It is offered tuition-free to current Kansas high school students, with technical scholarships otherwise available.
