What this program covers

Moore Tech's welding program is available as a one-year or two-year day Diploma, a two-year day Associate of Applied Technology Degree, or a one-year or two-year night Certificate. Instruction covers electric arc welding, plasma arc cutting, oxyacetylene cutting and welding (ferrous and nonferrous metals), TIG, and MIG, with advanced two-year students also receiving Advanced Pipe Welding, CNC Plasma Cutting, and Robotic Welding training. Day classes run Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm; night classes run Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-9:30pm. Classes are held in a dedicated Welding Building at 475 N. Bellevue Blvd, Memphis, about 1/5 mile from the main campus.
