What this program covers

Northampton Community College offers three welding credentials: an AAS degree in Welding Technology (4 semesters, 68 credits), a Welding and Fabrication Certificate (3 semesters, 50 credits), and a Welding Fundamentals Specialized Diploma (2 semesters, 27 credits). Instruction covers GMAW (short circuit and spray transfer), FCAW, SAW, GTAW, plasma arc cutting, and torch brazing, preparing students for AWS certifications including AWS SENSE. Programs run at the Bethlehem campus's Hartzell Advanced Technology Hall and offer full-time or part-time, day or evening study.
