What this program covers

Lehigh Career & Technical Institute's adult welding courses include a 150-hour Welding Technology course plus shorter individual courses in SMAW/Stick (50 hours), MIG/Flux Core (30 hours), and TIG (50 hours), all preparing students for American Welding Society D1.1 certification. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-8:30pm plus every other Wednesday 4:30-8:30pm, in a facility with plasma cutting machines, angle grinders, and other metalworking equipment; PPE (safety glasses, rental welding hood) is provided.
