What this program covers
ETI School of Skilled Trades offers a welding program completable in as little as 7 months, with day and evening classes. Students train in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and Oxy Fuel Cutting and test in these processes, with additional certifications available, in an approximately 14,000-square-foot welding lab with industry-current equipment. Coursework covers cutting and joining processes and tools, OSHA/industrial safety regulations, blueprint and schematic reading, and metal properties. Financial aid is available for those who qualify, and the school holds bi-annual welding competitions where all participants receive scholarships.
