What this program covers

Lawson State Community College's welding technology program offers an Associate in Occupational Technologies degree (73 credit hours), a Certificate (49 credit hours), and a Short Certificate (28 credit hours). Processes taught include shielded metal arc, oxy-fuel, gas metal arc, and gas tungsten arc welding, plus blueprint reading and welding joints in all positions on all types of metals.
